7709 Exchange

On December 9th, we visited Banqiao High School for an exchange with Team 7709. Initially, the captain of Team 7709 introduced their team, detailing roles, management structures, and scheduling. In return, we shared our experiences in administration and hardware, outlining various plans for our team, including pre-season and post-season arrangements. We engaged in a mutual exchange of experiences and shared ideas.

Following this, Team 7709 guided us through Banqiao High School's training room. With patience, they explained each piece of equipment, demonstrated hands-on operations, and facilitated discussions where both teams exchanged insights. In terms of team management, they shared how to effectively use calendars, clearly marking each person's tasks and deadlines for better organization. In the administrative realm, they offered insights into crafting proposals, emphasizing the use of charts for a more comprehensive presentation to ensure clarity for the reader.

This exchange proved highly beneficial for both teams, enhancing our hardware knowledge, administrative skills, and team management techniques. With these valuable experiences, we believe we can progress together in the upcoming seasons.

9427 Exchange 

On December 17th, we invited Team 9427 from Shulin High School to our school for an exchange. Initially, both teams presented reports, introducing each other and sharing experiences. Leveraging our more seasoned experience, we shared insights on team scheduling, and promotional strategies, such as promoting STEAM education within our school and engaging in exchanges with other teams externally. We also discussed our experiences in international competitions, as well as methods for managing social media platforms and fundraising.

Subsequently, we guided Team 9427 on a tour of our training room, introducing various equipment and demonstrating their functions. We then allocated time for each team's hardware, software, and administrative groups to discuss, explore challenges, and share problem-solving techniques. Through these discussions, we mutually exchanged knowledge, assisting one another in growth, and ultimately enhancing the capabilities of both teams. Lastly, we joined Team 9427 in an enthusiastic rendition of "YMCA," creating lasting and delightful memories on this shared day.
